The Author is a Graduate in Commerce with Honours, having also Degree in Law, who joined Bank year 1973, presently a practicing Lawyer. “Saga of a Banker” is the experience of the Author when he served the Bank during the post Nationalization era of the Banks, saw the large- scale expansion of the Banks, opening of Branches into remote area, when there was no electricity connection in the village, but the Bank was opened. The story depicts the inner feeling and the grievances faced by the Bankers, while working under the pressure.
The writer is Ex-Banker turned Lawyer, practicing at Delhi High Court and other Courts. The writer had the first-hand working experience and account for the Banks, more than 25 years in various capacities, right from Cashier to Officer, Assistant Manager, Manager and Officer at Controlling Office, Regional Office looking after the Loan Proposals, Loan appraisals for the Bank.

Kaizer Xan is a technology enthusiast, an experimenter, and an inventor at heart, founder of KXAN Viscom, KXAN Holo, KXAN Vision, Ragnarök Muzikology, Wings of Wisdom, Dynimated, and AIMWEL Foundation, he has been in the international scene of media, technology, and communications for over 18years. A powerful visionary in his own right.
In the year 2001 Kaizer Xan joined the National School of Drama, New Delhi while continuing his education in the field of 3D animation, visual FX, gaming later followed by Strategic Business Administration in London and IPR, TM, patent law from Indian Law Institute, Supreme Court of India.
Kaizer Xan started his technology career at the age of twelve, developing a data management system for a NGO, a part-time job that would prove to be his first step towards transforming his talents into skills. One of the first few to design technological security drill scenarios and get into the fields of disaster management, emergency planning, civil defence, and protection against cybercrime, he has garnered much admiration and trust internationally. He is passionate and curious, that is the mix that keeps his work potent and his interest alive in diverse subjects for experimentation and experiences.
